Ingredients
Smoothie bowl:
- 250 ml (1 cup) almond milk
- 200 g (1 ½ cups) overripe banana, frozen equates to three small bananas
- 150 g (1 ½ cups) raspberries
- half an avocado (approximately 200g)
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Toppings:
- banana slices
- watermelon stars
- desiccated coconut
- buckwheat kernels
- pumpkin seeds
- chocolate drops
- goji berries
Method
Place all smoothie bowl ingredients into a high-speed food processor and blitz until smooth.
