Ingredients
- 6 chicken drumsticks, cooked
- 350 g (1 ½ cups) natural yogurt
- 70 g (½ cup) cucumber, grated
- 5 g (⅓ cup) fresh mint
- 5 g (⅓ cup) fresh coriander
Method
Blitz natural yogurt with mint and coriander in food processor.
Add grated cucumber and stir by hand to combine. Serve chilled. If you prefer a thicker consistency, squeeze liquid from grated cucumber before adding to yogurt.
