Jack-o’-lantern Cheese Quesadillas - The quick & easy recipe to please your little one this Halloween
Who said Halloween activities had to involve a pumpkin, a big knife and a whole lot of mess?
Well, here at We Might Be Tiny HQ we’re doing Jack-o’-lanters the easy way.
It doesn’t involve mess, is a quick affair in the kitchen and pleases the tiniest of humans just as much. Possibly more!
All you need to tick this Halloween box is a bunch of tortilla wraps and a generous serving of grated cheese. It really doesn’t get easier than that.
Once you’ve whipped up your edible Jack-o’-lantern, simply dish it up as a fun Halloween snack or turn it into a sneaky cheat’s dinner with a few add-ons.
But what we love most about this idea is that all it takes to turn this easy recipe into a crowd pleaser is a We Might Be Tiny silicone placemat. They’re made for sharing and love a decent dose of grubby toddler hands. Simply plate up your Jack-o’-lanterns Cheese Quesadillas in the middle of the table and your tiny humans can grab’n’go on the run. Because Halloween is far too exciting for a sit-down affair.
When you’re done, simply chuck the placemat in the dishwasher so you can go trick and treating with everyone else.
