Chook ‘n’ Green Dip | The Healthy Green Dip for Toddlers
Which toddler doesn’t have an instant panic attack if anything green enters their vicinity?
We’re here to put an end to the unfair treatment green veggies are exposed to.
Introducing our healthy green dip for toddlers:
Combining the intriguing flavours of fresh herbs with a hint of lemon and the creaminess of Greek yogurt and avocado.
All it takes is a high-speed food processor and 5 minutes of your time.
Then dish it all up with a fried egg (sunny side up) and your choice of veggies to get dipping. In this recipe, we’ve gone with steamed green asparagus, but you can totally substitute it for your munchkin’s favourite veggie sticks.
We like serving ours in one of our We Might Be Tiny Stickie Plates so you can present your dipping extravaganza in clear sections. The egg in one, the sticks in another and the dip in the next.
This healthy green dip is smooth, rich and masks the deliciousness of the mixed herbs and avocado so well. And your little one will ask for seconds for sure!
Once you’re done with snack time?
Task your dishwasher with the cleanup so you can celebrate with the green veg of this world for giving them a platform (or dip) to shine.
