Ice Coffee Icy Pops for Mum!
Perfect for summer! Enjoy your coffee in a sweet icypole, while the kids have their treat too!
Adjust the ingredients to match how you like your coffee, just add a little more sugar than normal. But make sure everything is cold – this will stop any ice crystals forming when you freeze it.
Ingredients
- 1 cup coffee (instant or ground, however you like it)
- 1-4 tablespoons of granulated sugar (if you take sugar!)
- ¼ - ½ cup of cold milk (whichever type of milk you like, substitute for more coffee if you normally have it black)
Instructions
- Make your coffee as you normally take it, but add a little more sugar than you would normally. Allow to cool.
- Stir together the coffee, and milk. Taste and adjust to how you like it.
- Pour into your Frostie mould and pop in a stick.
- Freeze until firm – may take at least overnight.
Don’t forget, you don’t even need to stick to icypole-style treats! Use your moulds to make custom chocolates, or use them to make gorgeous bath bombs.
The possibilities truly are endless!
