Vegetable Smoothies for Toddlers? Bring it on!
Us grown-ups manage to slurp an entire vegetable smoothie even if the taste is somewhat mediocre and we actually would have preferred the fruity number.
But when it comes to vegetable smoothies for toddlers, that’s a different story.
Have you ever convinced your toddler to down any vegetable-containing drink? If so, kudos to you!
For us, it was this Carrot Cake Smoothie that moved the goal post. Now we hear “More, please.” instead of “I don’t like it.” And we’re chuffed!
This vegetable smoothie recipe is delicious and all you need is fresh ingredients and a high-powered blender to mix it all together. Our guess is 2mins max.
This Carrot Cake Smoothie is the perfect blend of taste sensations and masks the decent dose of carrot with a hint of cinnamon, vanilla and ginger. Throw banana in for good measure and you’ve got yourself a winning flavour combo that even suspicious toddlers happily get into their bellies.
Serve your smoothie in our We Might Be Tiny Grip Cup with a toddler-friendly Bendie Straw and you’re not only loading your toddler up with nutritious goodness, you’re also encouraging independent eating habits that will serve you (and your munchkin) longterm. Yay to you!
