Strawberry, Apple and Beetroot Popsicles
What might sound like a curious flavour combo quickly knocks your socks off with a natural sweetness you simply want more of.
Our Strawberry, apple and beetroot popsicles are perfect for tricking your tiny human (or yourself). As much as the beetroot is a central part of this recipe, it likes to hide and keep a low profile, which is perfect for those toddlers suspicious of any vegetable that comes into their vicinity.
So grab your high-speed food processor and the 3 core ingredients ready to create pure frozen magic.
All it takes is 5 minutes of your time and 4 hours of patience while the puree turns into drool-worthy popsicles.
We all know that beetroot loves leaving the odd stain in kids’ clothing so we highly recommend our Tubies for this recipe. They’re specifically designed to contain any mess and even allow you to neatly store any leftovers in the freezer for later.
And once you’re done?
Let your dishwasher manage the deep red mess so you can get back to enjoying time with your tiny humans. Because you deserve it!
All our We Might Be Tiny silicone products are dishwasher safe for exactly that reason. Because life’s too short to personally deal with the messy aftermath. #nothanks
