Healthy Traffic Light Popsicles
Bright colours and popsicles go together like fish and chips.
Thankfully a bunch of healthy ingredients means you can have the brightest, natural colours without the artificial colours and flavours of the store-bought versions.
Here is our take on traffic light popsicles that’s healthy and incredibly easy to make.
All you need is your high-speed food processor, and 3 goes at fruity puree so you can layer everything in your favourite We Might Be Tiny product.

Ingredients
RED
- 180 g (1 cup) watermelon, cut into chunks
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
AMBER
- juice of 1 orange
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tbsp maple syrup
GREEN
- 1 kiwi
- 1 tbsp water
- ½ tbsp maple syrup, optional
Method
One colour at a time, place all ingredients into a high-speed food processor and blitz until smooth. Place the amber and green mixtures into the refrigerator for later on.
Pour red mixture into Tubies, filling each to halfway, and freeze for at least four hours.
Once the red has frozen, pour amber mixture into Tubies, filling to three quarters full. Freeze for at least four hours.
Finally add the green mixture, pouring so each Tubie is full. Freeze for at least four hours.
