Blueberry & Cream | Who can resist a Blueberry & Coconut Ice Block?
As far as we’re concerned, blueberry and coconut are a match made in heaven.
So we were beyond excited when this blueberry coconut ice block recipe touched down at We Might Be Tiny HQ. And, not surprisingly, it’s been on high rotation ever since!
This one lends itself perfectly to our popular Tubies, the mess-managing alternative that keeps the melting moments in check. They also come with an attached lid so it’s easy to re-seal them for later if fun happens to get in the way. But our Poddies or Frosties work a treat as well.

Grab your high-speed food processor, a bunch of healthy ingredients and 5 minutes of your time.
That’s all it takes to please 6 hungry munchkins or treat-loving grown-ups. We’ll leave the politics up to you. ;-)
And once your treat session’s over, simply pop the mess in your dishwasher to take care of ‘business’ for you. Because like all our We Might Be Tiny silicone products, Tubies are microwave, oven and freezer-safe.

Makes 6 | Prep 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 150 g (1 cup) blueberries, frozen or fresh
- 125 ml (1 cup) coconut cream
- 1 ½ tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
Place all ingredients into a high-speed food processor and blitz until smooth.
Pour into Tubies and place in freezer for at least four hours.
