Ingredients
- 450 g (3 ½ cups) pineapple, cut into chunks
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp lime juice
Method
Place all ingredients into a high- speed food processor and blitz until smooth.
Pour into Tubies and freeze for at least four hours.
