Our Healthy Chocolate Icy Pole Recipe | With Puffed Quinoa and Coconut
There are many takes on chocolate icy poles.
But not many can say they’re genuinely healthy with a hidden surprise of puffed quinoa and coconut.
So when we discovered this recipe, we instantly fell in love with it for its ingredients and the element of surprise when you bite into it.
The texture is rich and crunchy. The flavours are luscious and dense. And both grownups and kids at WMBT HQ love it!
We use Tubies for ours because we love the cute, embossed character details in the finished chocolate push pop.
But you can totally use our Frosties to snack on actual bunnies, cats and bears.
The benefits of both?
They’re durable and flexible, and make the perfect frozen treat buddy for extra keen kiddos trying to dig into their favourite snack. Oh, and they love being popped into the dishwasher once you’re done.
And that means we can get back to having fun with the kids quicker than they can ask for another healthy chocolate icy pole. #winning
