Ingredients
- 250 g rice noodles
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 3 cloves garlic, finely diced
- 2 cm piece of ginger, minced
- 500 g stir fry beef
- 375 g (¾ packet) Thai vegetables, frozen
- 60 ml (¼ cup) low sodium light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
Method
In a large pan, cook noodles as per package instructions.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together the sauce ingredients and set aside. Heat oil in a large wok over a medium-high heat then add onions and sauté for 5 minutes until soft. Add garlic, ginger, and beef, and sauté for a further 3 minutes until meat is browned.
Add in vegetables and stirfry for around 3 minutes until cooked, stirring frequently.
Pour in the sauce and stir to combine then add in drained noodles and mix until well incorporated.
Serve in your favourite Stickie bowl and enjoy.
