Ingredients
- 500 ml (2 cups) free range, homemade chicken stock
- 250 ml (1 cup) tomato passata
- add vegetables of choice
- add white rice, noodles or croutons
Method
Place all ingredients into a medium-sized pot and bring to boil.
Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until all vegetables are soft.
Transfer to a food processor and blend until smooth or serve as is.
Season to taste and finish with a dollop of butter or cream.
