It’s super quick to whip up and, if made in bulk, can keep you sorted for the next little while.
All you need is a high-speed food processor, your favourite peanut butter, natural yogurt and a bunch of pantry staples. Smooth or crunchy peanut butter? We’ll leave this difficult decision up to you.
Then spend 5 minutes whizzing it all up and freeze it in batches so you’re never stuck at snack time again.

Ingredients
- 375 ml (1 ½ cups) Greek-style yogurt
- 80 g (⅓ cup) peanut butter
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
Place all ingredients into a high-speed food processor and blitz until smooth.
Pour into Tubies and place in freezer for at least four hours.
