Kids love pizza. That’s a fact.
Is it healthy? Not so much. Is it exciting to serve at parties? Not always.
So we challenged ourselves at the WMBT HQ to come up with a healthier, more creative alternative to this former favourite.
Of course, part of this party staple’s appeal is how easy it is to have delivered.
We took that into consideration and came up with our no-brainer Pesto Pizza Scrolls Recipe.
I kid you not, this crunchy, freezer-friendly (yes, mums!) take on the regular ol’ pizza is so mind-blowingly fast, easy and delicious, that it’s now a permanent addition to parties, picnics, and lunch boxes in our household.
