This recipe packs quite a nutritional punch with dates, heart-healthy oats, and refreshing raspberries.

Raspberry And Coconut Amazeballs
Makes 10 Balls | Prep 10 minutes | Fridge 2 Hours
Ingredients
- 100 g (1 ¼ cup) rolled oats, finely ground
- 70 g (½ cup) raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 2 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 40 g (¼ cup) coconut oil
- 35 g (½ cup) desiccated coconut

3 Medjool dates, pitted
Method
Place ingredients into a food processor and blitz until combined.
Form one tablespoon portions into balls and roll in desiccated coconut or press firmly into Mini Poddies.
Place in the fridge for at least two hours before serving in your favourite Snackie.
Store in an airtight container for up to seven days or freeze for up to three months.
